Topflightreproductions makes one as well. It is bent perfectly to take shape of the front bumper, and applies with 3m tape.

I used the stock plate bracket with two long toggle bolts through top mounting holes on bracket. I put a bit of electrical tape around the toggles, so they wouldn't scratch or dent grill. Also put thin rubber moulding around plate bracket so I dont scratch the bumper. Easy, cheap mod that I can remove once Gov. Christie revokes the front plate requirement.... Hopefully soon...

it well take two people to get it on right. my wife helped me. have to get the front of the car up so you can get under neath it. put your plate on the holder. have it flipped up where it well be straight up and down while she holds it.
then there is a crease right under the front bumper that you can line the screw holes up with. they are self tapping. i put a couple of others in for good measure.
when you get under the car you will see what i am talking about to line it up with. only thing is, do not, do not run up on or get the plate over a curb. or you can catch on the curb and pull it off.

No drill plate mount

Ideally I'd prefer an electrically retractable mount I could control from inside the car so I could drive around with it hidden until a cop pulls me over and then pop it out leaving him doubting his sanity after he checked the cars front

BUT since there's not enough room under my car with GFX on it for the mechanism I compromised with using toggle bolts with smaller washers than the first guy did here so the bolt heads go down inside the mount holes rather than bending the back of the plate outward. Also I trimmed off much of the plastic guides on the lower part of the stock plate mount to allow the plate to rest against the air dam more flush with it. I have a custom plate as well so its not so bad PLUS angling the plate on the front air dam should increase downforce AND since radar and laser cops aim at your license plate (or headlights) they will be wondering why they can't get a locked on signal since the plate angle will reflect the oppression devices reflections back waaaaaaay above them!

Well in addition I have a quad head Laser Interceptor laser jammer to insure I don't get zapped by the cops

Here's a couple of shots; one before and one after I added my new T Rex Billet grills.
