I've been going
I have been ban from lowes because I bought all the plastidip and the were out of stock for a long time.
but I'm on step 7 of my program and I hope to one day be able to control my urges to use plastidip.
I agree that while in storage it was easy to control myself but now that the car is back out and lowes is restocked. I am getting some new ideas.

I saw there is a new smoke plasti dip coming out. Maybe we can use that to smoke our taillights or side markers. Hmmmmmm..... Also didn't know they had blue color might have to check that out as well!

Hey destroyerofu2, I've been wondering lately what our cars will look like with a black roof, and you seem like the perfect person to mention that too.. Care to do a Plasti-Dip blackout of the roof, and post some pics? Just curious.

It's always more fun to get others to do your dirty work for you.. (insert evil villain snicker here..)

Here's what I've done so far. I'll probably peel off the back though. Too hard to mask off all those curves and angles, better to stick with straight lines or "whole-piece" plasti-dippin'

I dipped my entire 1LT last weekend. Working on taking some pics and posting them. But for those of you interested, there's a great website with application tips and lots of supplies you can buy at dipyourcar.com
They also mix their own kick ass colors. I plan to buy a gallon of firebelly orange and try it out on some stripes. I'll post pics as soon as I can so the rest of you guys can check it out

I dipped my roof and trunk lid black about a month ago. It looks amazing on my CGM. haha I liked it so much I decided to dip the entire car last weekend.

How does this work when you wax your car? Does it cause complication when waxing?

How does it work when you wash your car?

If you can just peel it off...won't it come off when you're washing?

Wash your car as normal. It doesn't just Peel right off, I mean it does but you have to really try and start to Peel it off.

Alright, what's going on here? Are those my bezels you posted pictures of or do we just so happen to have both plasti dipped our bezels and have the same counter top?
Kinda freaked out in a way.
