That has to be RR wheel looking at the brake caliper location. That had to be some serious sideways action to do that. Definately some parts to replace. Possibly control arms and such, wheel? $1500-2000? Shop cost.

Picture is crappy but it looks like the passenger side rear wheel. The axle, control arms, trailing arm, etc. are probably all damaged. The entire rear sub frame might have to be replaced too if the differential and links are tweaked. Expect a very expensive repair bill....
