Matte blue hood wrap!!!
Just had this done, came out great. It's not for everyone but I'm going for a Captain America theme and the kids love it...

Like you said it's not for everyone, me included😏, but I have to admit it's pretty cool still.

To each, his own. I like the hash marks, but the blue hood looks pretty bad in my opinion. It looks like you masked the whole hood off with blue painter's tape. I would remove. And, the worst part is the blue under the mail slot. Not to be mean, but it looks really tacky. Like something a teenager would do because they have no sense of aesthetics.

Should replace the chevy grille badge with a capt. america shield. That'd look sweet.

Also if you're going for the capt. america look, I think a white star on the hood would really set it off.

I think the theme idea is cool, but I think you used the wrong blue. I think a darker blue would have looked more like that you were going for. That's more of a Superman blue vs Captain America blue in my opinion.

I'd go more with a blue that more closely resembles the "E" in your badge. It looks a shade darker

imo..black out the hood again(as original), then use smaller blue hash marks on top of the white one, or vice versa.

I think it looks awesome! You don't even have to say it's capt America theme, because it looks like it just looking at it. My father in law is a huge super heroes fan so I know he'd love this!
