There is a maintenance schedule in your owners manual. Give it a look.

Auto or manual trans? You don't want to go more than 50k miles before changing auto trans fluid and filter. Rear diff lube at 100k, manual trans at 100k, inspect all tie rod ends, rack play, ball joints, frnt & rear struts (look for fluid leaks), flush and fill power steering/rack fluid (no filtration so the debris from wear builds up...always flush), flush and bleed brakes (I imagine you have had pads replaced prior at 100k miles), coolant flush and fill w/new, check all radiator and heater hoses for brittleness, replace serpentine belts, check water pump for leakage from weep-hole, check rear seal on trans for leakage, same with diff pinion seal. All 4 wheel bearings listen and feel for any "roughness" or noise when you steer back and forth to come and go.
