Do you think that the lucky person to get the first one sold in the US would know it? I am sure some of the first production goes to the big wigs at GM. I do wonder if that owner would know they had the first in the US.

I think the museum gets the first and last cars.

I agree, some of the first one's will go to the big wigs.
The vary first one just like the GT Mustang, GT500, GT500KR,
Corvette ZR1, Challenger,......this fall will be another Barret Jackson,
collector car aution, october 16, 18, GM will most likley take the
very first CAMARO there. All the money would go to charity.

Thats what I was thinking, the first one will be sold a Barrett Jackson, just like the ZR1 was. I just hope my lottery numbers come up before then.

Some people pay insane amounts of money just to have the first car down the line...If it comes with a certificate of authenticity or something, I could see it being justified. Stupid people...

No one except collectors will care about that. aside from going through the hassle of checking the vin number, you won't be able to tell the difference.

Will there be plates on the car, which tells you what number car it rolled of the assembly line ?

Yes, VIN number. It tells all kinds of stuff about car. Year, make, model, engine, sequential number off assy line etc.

The first one sold to the public... I doubt they will know because so many people will be lined up to buy, it'll just be whoever signs the paperwork first...
