Ridetech coilovers settings?

Anyone have any good settings to start off with. I just upgraded my lca and sways to 1le stuff and added ridetech coilovers. I know they say to start at 20 out from full stiff.

Wanna start out way stiffer or you will hear so weird noises like I did I made it 24 in the back and 23 up front I believe.

You say stiffer? Your settings are softer.

shock settings are a personal preference so I cannot tell you where to set them where you will love it. I like to start about 20-22 out and go for a drive. If I need to adjust I make a big change, 10 clicks maybe. Then drive again.
By making big adjustments you can really feel the change.

I understand. I am actually waiting for alignment to get done so as I pick it up I will start out with ridetechs starting point of 20 out than adjust from there.

I'm starting at 20, But I have custom spring rates as suggested by JDP 350/550 for the strip. Ride Tech comes with 300/500 unless you specify the spring rates.

I had the RideTechs on till winter, waiting (way too long)on their updated front end links.
I see you have the 1LE bars, so that is more similar to my combo too. Here is what I liked:
From soft> Front: 16
Rear: 25

I have the 275 front springs. That is what JDP spec'd in early 2015. They also spec'd the 550 rears, but RideTech drop shipped them with the 500 pounders. RideTech's customer support has been praised in the past, but frankley, their communication could get better.

Car did very well on the road course.

Ride quality is good, better than with the Z/28 springs/struts.

Got mine from JDP, drop shipped from RideTech. Came with 275/500 springs and bearing top mounts for the struts. I have heavy bars from JPSS (27/32).

On the street, I've been riding 20/20 and it really eases the bumpy roads and feels about the same or a bit slower/stiffer than factory (I have a 2010). I'm gonna soften up the rear a bit more, although i know 24 is too soft for me.

On the track (road course), I found 4/10 to be the sweet spot. I think I want a 300 spring in the front.

thanks for reminding me.
mine are totally quiet, except for the endlinks that makes a little noise. I read that they redesigned them and fixed that.
I need to call them for a swap.
their customer service is second to none; top notch.
