Went and got the license plates off of it last night. Had to say my final goodbye, as they were coming today to tow it away. Opened the glove box to get the registration, and a waterfall of water poured out.

Sorry for the loss...but the good news is GM will build you another one and you get to start from ZERO miles again!

Same cannot be said for the guy with the Saturn Sky behind you...irreplacable with a new one.

Good luck with a new one...keep us posted. Sorry for your loss.

IMO as a long time ins adjuster.
On my last loss I had my agent talk to claims and it was adjusted up, I had additional info and a reasonable reason for such......sure would not hurt to have some info to discuss settlement with them and you would then know if the offfer is fair.....if your agent is a person on the end of a tele line you may be out of luck..

but I have had good luck talking to claims also as they have some wiggle room...you have to have info to back up your request not just a please raise the value...check dealers to get a value range and then you are not just hoping for a good settlement...

good luck, I hope you get a new ride out of this, but as in all losses it will cost you something....with gas heading up they may be dealing on SS in a month or so??

I hope your insurance company steps up and does right by you. At least now you have more Camaro options!
