Video of dyno runs today...much improved!

This is a video of today's dyno runs. ADM air intake, 90mm TB, 9.55 ring ATI balancer(13psi) and custom tune. Very happy with 554hp/563tq now vs 478/482.

Nice. Can you feel a difference in the power?

Yes, the difference is very noticable. The blower whine is much more pronounced as the blower is spinning faster now. This tuner took his time and really did a good job dialing it in. It has manners just like stock idling and cruising too.

This is the same setup I'm going with. Did you have to upgrade the injectors?

I did not upgrage the injectors and he said I was fine with the fueling on the car in the mid 10's. Leaning out the car to 11.4 or so did nothing for the hp or tq. Actually, the car liked being slightly in the rich zone. He said if I do any other mods I would have to swap injectors to something higher flowing as they were "static" most of the dyno run. As of now, I don't plan to upgrade any more. It all depends upon what it runs at the strip. I would love to think it will run 11.5@120 or so. It sure feels stronger all the way through the rpm band.

NICE!!! Great set-up; I love FI'd cars, mostly because of the modibility and smog-crap I have to deal with. I also loved that you put a mic' on the SC

10" ring is going to require you use the metco idler relocation bracket as the smaller 50mm lower idler will be sitting too close to the 10" ring. The metco unit is a nice piece but I had difficulty getting mine to clear the upper accessory idler. Of course they had never heard of an issue at metco and I could have ground the clearance into the bracket myself. For now with the 9.55 crank ring the stock idler bracket with the smaller lower 50mm idler is all that is necessary. Make sure you move the lines away from the pulley which will obviously touch if not adjusted. This may only be an issue with an automatic tranny car. They said at the tuner that this boost level is max for stock injectors as I was at the upper most limit for stock injectors.

Mines a m6 and I have the bracket and idler pulley also but I've just been worried about the injectors. Kinda hard to believe with only cai and a 10" pulley I need injectors.
