2 Step with Cats

I am looking to get off the line more consistently with my manual trans. Drag tires are in the immediate plans, but a 2 step will help me cut lights and get consistent 60 foot times. MSD and Lingenfelter both say the 2 steps can cause problems for cats, but it sounds like that may be a CYA disclosure to make the lawyers happy. Is anyone out there using a 2 step with catalytic converters at the drags? How has it worked for you? I only make 20-30 runs down the strip each year.

if u cna find one that cuts fuel and not spark. that would be better for cats. i run th lnc2000 for n20 and the 2 step . i like it easy to work with and easy to hook up. simple to change things too. no cats on my car tho.
