We'll, the dealer said they didn't find any codes. Hopefully it never happens again.

Cel turned out to be cylinder misfires again. P0301 p0304 were some of the codes if I can recall. This issue plauges my cwr now and im stumped on what to do next. I will try replacing the cai dry air filter, just maybe thats the issue??? Its a dry filtwr and ive cleaned it and it looks new but maybe its time for a new filter?

I had the same issues with mine, constant misfire codes. I would always get them with cold starts.

Having the misfires on all cylinders only during cold start. Once in normal run no misfires at all.
Replaced MAF and plugs and check voltages on temp sensor and o2 sensors.

I just got one this morning. I am going to try and get it into the dealer today. I started the car up noticed it was shaking a bit. Saw the CEL come on. Shut it off, started it up again, and then called onstar that is when she did the diagnostic and told me it was a cylinder misfire.
I did a few weeks ago drive the car down to Florida and back, and my commute is 4 miles. I was just wondering if perhaps I have some summer gas in the car that caused the problem. Either way, I'm close to needing an oil change so I'll have that done at the dealer while getting the car looked at.

I have been dealing with flashing CEL 3 days after I purchased my 2013 1LT. I bought the car Oct. 23rd. The engineers have been in the process of writing a program to flash the ECM, and they finally finished writing the program and they flashed it to my car on Monday. I haven't picked up the car yet because the dealer is still working on it to get a rattle fixed. So if you are having issues with flashing CEL, and you car is having random misfires but the car is driving fine and not actually misfiring, there is a program out there to flash the ECM. Hope this helps. When I get the car back I will update with more info around the program that they flashed.

Mine did this too when it got cold. Moisture in the gas was the culprit. Ran a couple tanks of B12 Chemtool through it and no issues since.

GM just released a re-flash for the 2013 v6. I was having a flashing check engine light. It took over 2 months for the engineers to write the program. The service shop flashed the program to my car last week and they have had it for a week testing it out.

I was back to the dealer again last week with the same misfire issues.
Cylinder #'s 3,4 and 5. They did the "Decarbonate Engine" service again, and this time did a "Fuel Injector/Throttle Valve Maintenance Package". Nice sounding names they have for the services now, I guess that justifies the $400 charges. So now the total so far is right around $600 for a problem that is out of my control and clearly an engineering issue. And throw in the car now has a history of problems and the trade in/ resale value has diminished, thanks GM. My Goat gives me less problems, and that's over 40 years old. Tell me again how having a computer in a car makes it better.
