I would be shitting bricks,like motorhead said does a magnet pick it up?

If so its cam or block material,if not its bearing material.

Your fine. This is why you change oil after running in an engine.

Oil pressure is still holding fine. Going to put some miles on it and check it again. I know if I had it to do all over I wouldn't have went with a 416. Should have listened to my tuner. It made my F1A to small. Live and learn.

I change oil after run in and again at 500 miles. All on conventional. After that its all 5k mile synthetic.

Yep you can max an F1a on 376 inches pretty easy.

Rod bearings wouldn't lose oil pressure really, tight clearance and detonation can get rod bearings, where the mains would cause some pressure drop as well as the cam bearings.
