Chevy has done a lousy job promoting
I have been to two different car events, one car show and another a casual cruise in. Both times I have had a few individuals ask me what the car was. One set of guys knew the car was being remodeled but thought it was in 2017 and the other guys didnt have a clue the Camaro had a new generation released.
They all loved the car once I showed them it but Im getting tired of people asking me what it is. My friends and I are starting to have fun with it and call it a 64 1/2 Shelby

I honestly don't mind that people don't know, it keeps them guessing, plus I debadge all my cars, I like the fact that people come up and ask plus the less promoting the better I think, only those that are true car enthusiasts will go out and buy one because they keep up with what's going on.

I took mine off the trunk for two reasons.. It's cleaner and I love the fact that most people have no idea what it is. Mine is black/black and I totally blacked out the front bowtie also.
