Picked Mine up last Thursday from Tenn. Wife, 3mo old baby, and I bought a one way ticket and never looked back. I was a bit nervous as to how the rear-facing car seat would fit. We had a carseat & base, stroller, 2 small suitcases, backpack, and diaper bag and it all fit. After We picked it up we did a tour of Jack Daniels Distillery(with baby), then drove to Nashville spent the next day there. After that we then drove home to Houston Area. Car is awesome, got tons of thumbs up, and could not be happier.

How does the car seat fit (and which one do you have)? I've got a 13 month old and have been looking at a 1LE but have been wondering this exact situation.

Its a rear facing travel system(GB lyfe at babies r us). Things were a bit tight, my wife road the shorter distances up front, with the seat all the way up and slightly more vertical. She is 5'2". THe longer drives... 2 plus hours she rode behind me to care for the baby. I would imagine once you can get to a foward facing seat things fit much better( there is a previous post on this). The vehicle is my toy car so it wont be taken on any long trips.

Didn't have pics from "d-day" but, snapped a few right after a thorough wash and detail. This was a few weeks after I took it home. I am absolutely in love with this stupid thing... it might be my undoing.

Couldn't snap any at the dealer but I took delivery 2 weeks ago today. It was a pretty quick delivery seeing as my gf wanted to be the last ride in the Cobalt SS/TC and the first in the 1LE. Had to bust some ass to get back to pick her up from work, my salesman went so far as not allowing anyone to drive it/take it to have it filled with gas until he and I could go together. 7KM on the odometer .

First one is from when I got it home and the second from a trip to a relatively newly opened craft brewery we took last week . Had to be quick on the second I was idling where delivery trucks and service vehicles access the rear of the building




One more week off work to continue to put decent break-in KMs on it and get a substantial detailing/waxing in before I have to swap it to winter mode depending how the weather holds out.
