IPF S/C real world HP?
SO I have an opportunity to pick up a new IPF S/C and I really want to know the real world HP & Torq. numbers.
This site advertised 435 HP, 360 lbs./ft TQ. http://www.ipf-tuning.com/camaro-supercharger/ Anyone here have some dyno sheet from their V6 LFX install? I think I'm stuck doing this S/C as I can remove it for smog in the future if needed. I do like to track my car so I would think the flat linear curve of this S/C would work better for tracking...

Those are real world numbers. Just to the crank. Though the numbers to the wheels vary usually. I can think of a few around 350-370whp I think, but Sycraft IIRC has like 410whp, and that's in the LFX dyno thread.
The centrifugal super does have a linear curve but it's hardly flat, though it does make quite a bit of power in the high ranges... Edit: Here's that dyno graph. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=170

I say around 700 RWHP and 1200 RWTQ is expected...
Dyno numbers can vary, the track will tell the true story of how the engine is reacting. |

Just a hair...
Too many variables for your dyno # but it should be over 300. If the graph isn't smooth than your car is pulling timing, costing you power. |

You could also use Dashcommand and an OBD2 bluetooth to get some measurements that are questionable. This was mine from this morning:

IPF is really close to those numbers (crank) But you could have more. california shorty headers, ported intake just a few.
