PS4S are street tires. 3Rs and Cup 2s are track tires. Couldnt be more different. those are different tires. Good street tires arent going to be great on track and good track tires arent going to be great on the street especially the rain.

Beat case scenario, get a second set of track wheels/tires and swap them out. I seen a few people use 3Rs in the wet and do okay. Others say its a death trap.

If by street you mean daily driver then get two sets of tires - the OEM and a set of street tires. If by street you mean occassional and mainly good weather just use OEMs.

Need more info... Are you wanting to run only ONE tire for both applications? or two... I LOVED the factory tires, but I ran into traction problems after 700rwhp, so I bumped up to the TOYO R888R's 305/30 up front and 345/30 out back.... they hook MUCH better IMO, and when when warm, and on the right road, I can hook in second with around 770rwhp.

Not to offend but those 345 look out of place on the car. Kinda large sidewall drag tire look not my thing. Anyway for the OP tyretest just compared the 6 rear old and still very good Michelin and new Conti Extreme Contcts. Maybe watch the video to help you decide. Can’t go wrong with either it looks like.

If they make them in ZLE sizes I’d suggest the Goodyear Eagle Supercar 3, which come on the ZL1. Once warm they are pretty grippy. They’re also cheaper than the Michelins but have a little better warm grip. They are bad in cold weather, like all summer tires.

ANYONE that tells you you can run 3R's in the rain is FOS. In fact they dont really make that great a track tire because their wear rate is horrible. Granted they are VERY fast (close to slicks) for a VERY VERY short period of time. After a hard track day or at most TWO, they will have to be replaced.

The TOYOS are pretty grippy and are generally the tires of choice for roll racing. Their BIGGEST drawback is that they are horrendously NOISY. GY3's are a decent compromise if you want a track/street tire setup. They ARE NOT as good a street tire as MS4S but the definitely are faster than MS4S tires on the track.

So basically I use 305 30 19 MS4S tires on 19 x 10.5 APEX SM-10 ET22 rims for daily driving and MICHELIN slicks size 30 65 18 for road racing on 18 x 11 EC-7 APEX ET25 wheels . I run both of these SQUARE set ups and I rotate.

If you're looking for a tire that you can drive on the street and the track (road course) in dry and wet conditions above 40F, the Michelin 4S will be hard to beat. However, it's no good at the strip or below 40F.

Zero for me... I think the 345's have an issue on standard ZL1's though...

Totally off topic, but that car lioks GOOD. I have never seen a gray car that I like, but that really pops!

I run the PS4S on the street on the stock rims. i have also used these at the track when it was wet or raining and they are pretty good if you are new to the track. When it is dry i have a second set of rims with Pilot Sport Cup2's which are decent but I have heard do not compare to the good year 3r's.

One note if you have not driving slicks before do not start with those. Slicks are great until they are not. Street tires will squeal at you when close to the limit slicks don't they just let go. if you are new to the hobby learn the car and the feel on street tires before going to slicks.
