Stock Rev Limiter

So I decided to stretch the car's leg and this might be a dumb question but where is the stock limiter on this car. Redline according to the tach is 6250 but I read it is actually 6600? Long story short it seems like either my rev limiter is in fact 6250 and even maybe lower or the tach is really behind and "off" as I bounced off it even though it looked like I was at 6100 ish. I'm used to shifting at 7500 plus so maybe I'm not used to it. The car still seems to pull hard and it feels like I'm short shifting the thing.

I thought it changed from 6600 to 6250 in 2012.I feel the same way it revs to redline so quick, and i know there is so much more.

That sounds more like it. Just took my dad to lunch and let him drive home. He hit rev limiter and it looked to be just a little over 6k. Definitely not 6500 as I too have read.

There is no way mine is anywhere near 6500 unless the tach is off

Nothing at all. ECU will just kill power for a second.

Same thing my bike does. Just sounds like the power almost bounces there.
