I've been waiting on the COPO rear parts also. Not sure but think the fuel tank has to come out and be replaced with a cell. Minor detail to overcome to be able to launch wheels up.

I'm a little prejudiced, I've met Frank at DSS and seen their new facility. Great people and not afraid to say the best customer service in the industry. Bagshaw Fabrication builds the centers for them. He is a very talented fabricator is very highly recommended in our area that is saturated with the racing industry.

find a local race car builder - they could do this swap. The COPO uses a Strange 9"

I would say a complete rear end (with brakes) would be about 3500 and up. Then the labor to install it.

If you are making your Camaro a dedicated drag car just do the swap for the staight axle.

DSS, Frank and the crew at DSS were awesome. And no offense to Frank, but the product is even better! I ran the DSS 1400 on my setup, and had plenty of launches off my 700+ whp car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=-GQ9K-rGGKM

I just installed your 1000 HP axles & a Mcloed RXT clutch, well actually Cunningham MotorSports did the install before I moved back to NJ, and I'm nothing short of impressed with your quality, service & lifetime warranty. Those 2 pieces were the finishing touches and now the whip is pretty much bullet-proof. GForce FTW!!!!
