Does anyone know exactly how long it takes to stripe the camaro hood and trunk. My dealer is draging his feet delivering my car because 4 camaro's came in and they have to stripe all of them.

It doesn't take long to actually lay down the strpes, maybe three hours max. But they want to let them sit to make sure there are no air bubbles. You're close, why pressure them now to rush and get a sh*tty job. Just relax, let them do their thing and you'll have your Car before you know it. Your car isn't going anywhere. And remeber at least your car is actually here. Some people still don't have theirs.

at this point, don't rush them, its not their primary thing to do, and I KNOW you want them to get it right, and so do they.

He did an excellent job. My dealer uses a vendor who only does stripes.

Then make sure to check when you pick it up. Mine had 89 miles on it! That what I got for leaving it there over a weekend!!!

Picked up the car today and all i have to say is what people here are saying. It is well worth the wait, just driving out of the dealership is the best feeling in the world, well except for one other maybe. Stripes were perfect and worth the wait and as people have said here as well, pictures do not do this car justice at all, the car is absolutely beautiful. I also had someone come up and comment how nice it was before i even left the dealership, a nice feeling as well. Thanks to everyone on this site who made things easier during my wait, and thanks to viz and all the guys who help track the cars, you guys are the best. Hope to see some of my fellow camaro owners out there soon!!
