Cool!! Do you mean that older guy, the cop who was coaching Mickey Ward??

Very interesting that you trained there!

What weight division did you fight in? I am going to guess anywhere from middle weight to welter weight based on the boxers and the rounds you were posting about. I ask because to me - each each weight division is almost like a different sport in itself.

Hey buddy, that's really awesome!!

Okay, this story hardly compares to yours, but thought you might like it...

Last fall my friend was in Arizona and she went out to a movie. The entire theatre was empty, except for a man in a wheel chair accompanied by a few young ladies. Before the movie started the bell hop came by and said: Wow, aren't you lucky to watch a movie with Mohammed Ali!

She didn't know who he was, but she told me this, and I was like: OOOOH MY GOD!!!!

Just as an aside, I'm dating the daughter of one of those men above. I haven't met him yet. I'm not sure I want to meet him. Especially since he's almost my age...

I have seen The Fighter, I enjoyed it. They are supposed to be working on a sequel that tells the story of the epic first fight with Gatti.

Well that's very intriguing to hear!! What do you mean he is "almost" your age...does that mean you are older than the dad? LOL.

Be careful sir, do not get your ass* kicked! But maybe that risk is part of the excitement.

Yes, I am older than the dad (barely).

I think I've just sort of been ignoring the fact that he exists (she kind of does too).

All I know is I really don't want him ever to be angry at me.

To help narrow the field, it was one of the winners...which makes this worse.

An amazing round in a controversial fight, love this round. How you scored this round was how you scored the fight IMO:

I'm just going through these now...and that one ^ was mind blowing...it is just unbelievable how much stamina those two had.

While I collect my guesses I must surmise, as a compliment of course, that one: you are a very charming man, or two: the young lady really likes stingrays.....or BOTH!

As a former amateur boxer and fan of boxing here is one round that people may forget:
