Rear Seat Dropped Down (pics)

The LS opened up Sunday afternoon and is still open now. I spent some time in it last night (Thurs). Pulled down the back seat to expose some extra golf club room for those who say they can't get two sets in. Sorry I only had a BB for pictures.

Maybe it's been on another thread and I missed it, but that's the first i've seen of the air pump. That's nice to have rather than the canned air that was speculated on.

You went to see the 5th gen. Camaro and only took a phone?

At first I thought someone was doing some serious smoking in the car.

I like the size of the opening for the pass through. Good job.

Was my Second trip... After I heard the ropes were down I left straight after work to get a sit. Got my pics along side Superman09 on Sunday and he did a bang up job posting his here.
I did go through the trouble to unscrew the spare tire hold down to get a look at the pump. Happy to see a nice solid pump in there as I did not pay the extra $$ for the donut spare. Hadn't seen any pics of the back seat down so shot my wad with BB. Then proceeded to chill over couple $7.50 beers and dream of the day it sits in my driveway. The wait is on....

More pics

Here are a couple of pics from the first trip w/ a real camera. Checkout the button snap in the lower left corner of the 1st pic. It's a "Magnetic" snap on a strap to hold down the seatbelt for short people or to make it easy to grab since it does sort of end up behind the seat and hard to get at. If you were getting in the backseat you would need to unsnap it. Worked quite well and seatbelt was comfortable. Headroom in backseat is an issue, but I'll never site back there anyway.

Is that black carpet I see with a grey interior? Maybe Chevy has finally come to their senses on this issue.

Yes on the Black carpet. Looked good for the LS non-leather version.
I'm 6'0" and maybe I didn't slide down enough, but my head was cocked 45deg due to no headroom. Leg room was good in front and back. Lot's of Up/Back adjustment on front seats. I actually had to move the drivers seat up a bit to get to the pedals. My first move in most cars is slide the seat all the way back.

I posted a video of me hunting for the Shunt in Sherif's HAS thread, but nobody has replied with a pic of the silver Camaro's wheels yet. Did anyone happen to get a shot of them... and were they really "steelies" as described to me?

Yep... Steelies. I don't have another shot of them. Black painted wheel w/ hub cap ring you can see a bit of in the pic above.
