Questions to ask at Texas Unveil.

Post any questions you want me to ask if the opportunity arises, I'm going to take some flash cards. Probably will annoy a few people but HEY they wanted camaro fans there!

Posted at the 'other' site and figured I'd post here so I am very well prepared.

In the one post from indy it listed the GMPP crate engines as an option. What does this actually mean?

Yes +1

Please get the details on how you order a crate motor, and can you get a credit for the original motor?

Thanks a ton!

Ask if they could clarify on the color option white being available in July of 09 Please!

Ask if that means that production of the Camaro in white is starting in July and we won't be able to order it in white until that month, or if the Camaro in white will actually be available in showrooms in July?

Thank you very much!

Wur my Z28 dangit! If you listen closely during a presentation, they may let some unknown info slip, like Oppen saying his best 0-60 being 4.5 even tho officially it's 4.6 (oops was I spose to say that? )

Don't forget to just sit back and enjoy the party, we'll know everything soon enough.

what are the engine cover colors, the stripe colors, and are all the performce accesories (intake headers etc) also available on the v6. Anyone of the questions answered would be cool, if non then no biggie.

Is the cloth that was in the Indy IVER car going to be production cloth? I liked it! (edit) maybe a better way to ask is if production cloth has been chosen, and is it similar to the IVER car.

I imagine I can guess the answer to that. It has to do with platform sharing. The technology is/will be used in many cars. It's cheaper to build 500,000 pieces than it is to build 5,000. The big change in this car is the new suspension. Ask them which new cars will be going over to the new design. I hear CTS is, new G8 also? Oh yeah, the new El Camino, what else? The Holden cars will be...

For those of us that dont want to wait for HUD will there be someway we can get it installed at a later time?

Does the ambient lighting use LEDS, Are the LEDS the actual color that you see, or are they white and shine through something that is colored? (does that make sense?)
