So, been reading through this thread, and have been trying to figure out what to do about the lack of 93 octane in OKC. I guess everyone is running 91 octane. How are your cars running? Any input would be great. Also, seen alot about the break in or wake up period, thoughts and suggestions appreciated.

i thought i read somewhere on this site that 93 is really recommend for those in high altitude climates and that 91 is just fine for the maro. not sure if your saw but 93 and 101 are available on 63rd and i think western at a shell in nichols hills.

at one time you could buy 93, 101, 104 and higher from simons on reno and morgan but you have to bring your own gas can.

There is 93 octane on I-44 and SW 104th but its going for $3.99/gal... ouch.

I have never gased up on 93, just to hard to find in OKC. I promise 91 will still snap your head back. I am curious if someone has run both and can tell a significant difference?

I use 91. I refuse to pay $3.99/gal for something that should cost $2.79/gal

We are having one here in OKC on the 12th (weather permitting) and the Tulsa cars are MORE than welcome!! The more the merrier!!

A couple of us are planning on making the OKC meet on the 12th but we might do a quick meet in Tulsa if you can't make the OKC trip.
