We have had a previous car event at Red Robin which is at the Creek Turnpike and Delaware. It is in SW Tulsa near Jenks. There is an exit there. That way at least it is on the side of Tulsa coming in on I44 and easy to get to without driving across town. But there are plenty of other places farther in and still easy to get to by driving an expressway.

Just an idea. However, Supercop, Phonegod1 or one of the other Tulsa area people might have a good place picked out.

Bass Pro Shop and eat at Los Cabos in Broken Arrow. Same parking lot, and I can contact them if we decide and have an area blocked off if that is where everyone would like to meet.
Of course like I said before Speedway Chevy would host us in thier lot, but then we would have to drive a mile to eat at Los Cabos or Lone Star or other places in the area.

Supercop, is there anywhere to eat near speedway? I like the idea of anywhere with a large lot where we can get our own spots, I also like the dealer idea, though from the experience we had this month, I think everyone who showed up will vote for something INSIDE haha. Maybe we could go by Speedway once the weather clears up, in the spring they should be getting new summer models, maybe that would be a better time to go. . .even get them a little publicity

The General Manager of Speedway is a personal friend and colleague of mine (that is why I drove from OKC to get my car there) and I am sure they will be more than happy to accommodate us! I was there at night, and was too radar locked in on my car to notice any restaurants though!

The only place to eat is Waffle house across the street from dealership... wouldn't really want to go there... but Bass Pro Shop is a mile away from Speedway Chevy with ... Steak & Shake, Lone Star, Los Cabos, and a mile the other way is fast food places... Chicken, deli food, Sonic , ect .
You just tell me what you want... I'll make it happen... can't do WEATHER !

I'm down here too.

This is a bad time for me. My 90-yo dad, who lives in Watertown, Wisconsin, is having a leg removed next week, 2 days before Christmas. Whether or not he makes it through the surgery, I will be spending several weeks up there helping my mom.

Would love to see everyone come down here sometime. This week I saw a summit white in Lawton, and that was the only color I had not yet seen here. Seeing a lot more around.

There will be more people viewing our cars at Bass Pro (than Red Robin) and it is not hard to get to. It is expressway driving so no stop and go traffic to deal with. Plenty of places to eat right there. Any would be good, but Los Cabos would probably be the best for parking issues.

Sorry to hear about your dad, mamaro. :(
