Intake?
okay my parents arent letting me put an air intake on it because they are saying it voids the warranty. can anyone tell me otherwise from everything i read about an intake should not void the warranty.

only thing it will void is the warranty on the intake. If something happens to your car and the dealer can prove it's from the intake, then you are screwed.

Call your dealership where you got your car and ask them for sure. IMO it won't void your warranty. Do your parents work for GM and know all of the exact details of warrantys? Its not like they have to know anyways. Just get it and put it on.

what they dont know wont hurt them!!!
i think if you have any problems ever just take off the new intake and put the old stock airbox on and the dealer will never be able to prove if you had an cold air intake on it or not |
