I cannot seem to hook lately on my NT05R's. Mine are 18's. I really wish Hoosier made a 28" tall 18" DR tire. Since they don't, I'll probably be switching to the M/T's next time.

I could have started a new thread just wondering how many street miles folks are getting on MT's or NT05R's. I know my 555R's last a long time, I read 10K miles sure seemed like that was possible. I'd get MT's but I'd then want to drive on them on a daily basis, I have driving around on regular tires that don't ever hook.

10k out of the MTs in a mild climate. 4k in heat.

What wheels and tires are you running? The car looks like it hooks pretty good!
I want to run 17s but I'm afraid they won't clear the brembo calipers.

I run Weld RTS 17" with BMR LCA. Clears the Brembos just fine. 295 MT ET Streets and 26" M&H Skinny Radial on the front. I run a 17/8 Weld on the front for the street well sometimes.

Weld makes 17 inch wheels that clear the brembos. U will have to cut the 4 rollers off front brakes and you are good to go...
