SPARTAN sui's 2011 VR 2LT Camaro

I thought I would start a journal now that I finally will have some money to throw at my Camaro. So far I've put money towards my car out of necessity to prepare for its first winter with me. (winter wheels & tires) Lets get this started!

Bought 5/2/12 with 12,500 miles

When I first got her, next to my 2007 Impala SS that I traded in to get her.

Home for the first time.

The first items purchased for my car. Some weathertech mats & a Garmin GPS holder from proclip.

Bottineau's 1st Car Show (also a first for me!)

Photo that was printed in the local paper with me next to my car, lol!

Cosmetic Modifications
  • Powder Coating polished aluminum rims satin black - done!
  • Black Lug Nuts to match powder coated rims - done!
  • Bumper plugs painted victory red - done!
  • JacFab Bent style license plate bracket - done!
  • Black tail light bezels - done!
  • Camaro lettering delete or blacked out - done!
  • VR and black bowties - done!

Performance Modifications

My first list of performance mods I'll be purchasing as a package in a few weeks.
  • Cold Air Inductions Cold Air Intake (black)
  • Apex Motorsports Intake Scoop
  • Apex Motorsports Washer Fluid Tank Relocation Kit
  • MRT V2 Axle Back Exhaust

Future Performance Modifications
  • VMAX Ported Throttle Body (maybe painted?)
  • VMAX Plenum Spacer
  • VMAX Black Ice-Olator

As far as modifications go, I will be taking off the OEM front license plate bracket and replacing it with the JacFab bent style bracket and two bumper plugs painted Victory Red. I already have black lug nuts and I have the tires removed from my summer wheels, I just need to drop them off with the powder coater. That will be finished in a couple of weeks.

Here's a few photos from this winter. CANNOT WAIT for it to be OVER!

The cold can be cruel to the HUD.

Thanks guys! I'm hoping to have a lot of the modifications I listed completed over the next couple of months.

4/29/13 Update: Front License Plate

Finally! Saturday was the first day of the year to hit 60 degrees. So I finally had an opportunity to wash my car and get my Jac-Fab bracket installed, along with a set of bumper plugs.

Much better! But unfortunately North Dakota is a two plate state. :(

So the next day...

Further updates are going to take some more time as I just adopted this wonderful bundle of hair and joy.

Next on my list I need to get to the powder coater to drop off my 19" 5 spoke rims, hopefully this weekend.

Thanks for looking!

Dude we basically traded in the same car for the same car! 2008 Impala for a 13 VR 2LT!

Haha nice! I liked the Impala, it was a really nice riding car. Interior a bit dated, but comfortable. But I'm much happier behind the wheel of a Camaro!
