Has anyone been told of May 6th as the National Launch Day? If so, what are the plans surrrounding this day? Is this even news?

my dealer emailed me any mentioned something was happening in may... but i hadnt heard anything. So i dont know.

Well, my dealer mentioned something about it and that they got an email on it, but they can't find the email. I swear. How damn hard is it to keep track of shit?

Anyway, he told me he thought it was going to be May 5th. Then, last weekend, another dealer posted this on a Corvette Forum for an event to be on May 2nd, tentatively.

I don't mean to start another negative spin on a thread, but c'mon GM/Chevrolet. You've taken our Hurst away on the early guys, most of the LPOs aren't gonna be available for God knows how long and you changed up the ABL on us. Although, I understand from the CZ28.com podcast that it was relayed that the way they had it layed out was a distraction while driving, so I'll give you that one. But why can't we get a simple website update from last October? MOWE has come and gone, you've got 12, 13, 14000 pre-orders (don't really know because nothing is updated) and we can't get a simple website update.

If I didn't know better and found that site, I would think I would have to wait til this October to place an order..........and they wonder why the Mustang outsells them?

I can open a MotorTrend site and see 4 splash ads in the same page, but you can't get the site you own updated? I want that job. They haven't done anything since October. If they are still around that is.

My Dealer told me the "GM Big Reveal" will be May 6th way back on 2/21 and I posted it, search May 6th you find it.

There is suppose to be some kind of promotion in May. That is why all the dealers are getting at least 1 V6 car to have on display. From what I understand that we have to hold on to it till then, but can sell it after that.

Go to search, put in May 6th, then select to search post (not threads). I just did it and found it, maybe that will help.

but now.... I am starting to wonder.
