This series could be tied right now. SBlake had a wide-open three-ball that just clanked off the rim. Being up 7 points with under 2 minutes to go isn't the coach's fault, IMO. It all comes down to the players and execution. I myself, thought the series was tied, but.....that's why they play they game!!!

Looking forward to their response Friday. If they come out lethargic, and dejected...get the brooms out. If they have a MONSTER , that could bleed over to Sunday. Then it's a series. One game at a time.

If LA wins game 3 I think the series will go to game 7, if they lose game 3 then I think OKC takes it in game 4. I personally hope it goes to 7 so that my Spurs will be well rested when they meet up with OKC/LA.

Spurs will get a better game against the Clippers tonight. CP3 was way off Tuesday. Don't expect him to have back-to-back crappy games. At any rate, good luck to all the teams left. Good competitive basketball.

That was the usual Lakers game thunder vs lakers and refs. Man even the announcers were even saying the fouls were a joke. Can't play D against Bryant. But the Thunder shouldn't let it come down to that.

Actually the fouls weren't that far apart. Lakers shot 42, Thunder 28. At least 6 of the Lakers free throws came in the last minute. So, 28-36. Not that big of a deal. They were both efficient from the line. Come on now...be honest. The commentators are just entertainment. I watch the game, and pay little attention to them. Kobe had four fouls himself. Two very early.

Yes but when the espn announcers in the game are even saying multiple times that a thunder player did not even touch the guy. I hate called fouls because of the players status in the nba especially in the playoffs. Again the thunder should not have let it come to that. Every time the thunder starts a run the refs shut it down by calling a foul. Your stat is pretty telling 42-28 is fairly lopsided lol I didnt need to look it up to know the Lakers shot way more free throws.

It ended up 42-28. Was much closer than that up until the end. Don't let commentators shape your perception of the game. I actually prefer watching the game with no sound. They didn't shoot way more. The Thunder were in the bonus at 7:45 to go. Shot mostly jumpers after that.

It was a good game. Could have went either way, just like the other day. Thunder were up five with about 2 minutes. Westbrook celebrated like they won the championship on a break away dunk. Lakers got a few "home" calls. Totally acceptable, it happens all the time. The free throw disparity wasn't even noticeable until the end. Both shot lights out from the line.

People keep saying the refs were on the Lakers side, but if they actually watched not just this game but the whole series they would see the Thunder are getting way better calls. They call fouls every time Harden drives in (barely any contact on a majority of those drives), refs missed a Durant backcourt last night with a few minutes remaining, a tech on Ron last night when Westbrook was the one who hit him and flipped out after the call.

Agree. I watch the games with a Lakers bias, but I love basketball so much I won't deny the obvious. Lakers won the game. Probably benefitted on a call or two, but it wasn't blatant robbery. Actually, the Lakers should be up 2-1 if they could've closed out game two. That's just how these things go. Tonight a back-to-back. Lakers had most B2B's this season tied with I think New Jersey. When was the last Heat game? Thursday? Why do they get 3 days off? They're not traveling. Game 4 is in Indiana. Same place as Game 3.
