I just realized something... If I do my taxes in January, I can have roughly an extra $2k to put down on my Camaro. Schweet!

That would be a horrible choice for Chevy.
'Let's show off these new Camaro's to the world... by releasing the V6 first.' no way jose.

seems like you need to take a look at this. It's a bit hard to explain in a post when you can just read it all in this PDF.

The diffrence about the 1ss and the 2ss, as much as i have read, is that the 1ss will not have the "ss" the the head rest, the 4 guages on the console, and butt warmers...

Ok ok, lets take a step back here. GM has NOT said anything about the LS3 not being available at launch. It will be coming out at the same time as the V6. Take anything MT has to say with a grain of salt.

It's actually much more than that. The 2SS comes standard with ALL available factory options. IMO, it is worth it and a very good deal to spend the extra 3 grand for the bundled 2SS. You are getting much more for the price difference which is why GM has chosen to take this path to get people to take the extra step for a little more $

As of right now, No. If you want to get leather u need to get either the 2SS or 2LT. There is a thread where people are expressing their concerns about this issue so who knows, maybe GM will listen and make it a seperate option. remember, there is still plenty of time for change.

haha i will try that

I was just adding up the cost for my camaro and I noticed the price for red jewel paint is only $295 but yet they are charging $470 for vinyl stripes... it seems like the stripe costs are a bit much

I really believe the leather option should be a stand-alone option and not part of the 2LT or 2SS. It's like a basic right to be able to add leather individually (yes, it comes with the ambient lighting) without having to upgrade to every bell and whistle.
