Painting the turn signal bulbs
Do you guys this can work? I hate the ugly amber effect the bulbs give on the front turn signals especially with an all black car and I feel like the chrome bulbs make it look like "too white and plain" so I was thinking if maybe I put a coat of black touch up paint over the bulbs to give it like a black reflection and to make it blend in more? Would this work or would they crack from heat build up or something? Thanks

I'm going to say no, but hey if you want give it a try. I have the chrome ones and I think they blend in well.

Yeah I was thinking of just doing that as the alternative. Or just tinting them

The black wont show. It'll just show that they aren't amber anymore. You can tint the actual area if u want black. I will say that just painting the bulbs removes the amber look and all it took was a sharpie and 5 minutes. No need for chrome bulbs or "stealth bulbs"
