Headlight Bulb & General Questions

hi y’all, i seem to be posting here a lot. Love the interactions on this forum and i hope i’m not “over posting”.

Anyways, looking to upgrade these garbage (i believe halogen) headlights to LEDs. Along with my turn signals. What do i need to do it? I seen conversion kits online and the whole mix. But i’m completely unsure and if someone has a specific website or link shoot it my way please!

I own a 2010 1SS NON RS package trimmed car. aka “stripper model”.

On the same note, i absolutely adore the OEM halos. I despise aftermarket halo looking replicas. Looks horrible when the car is off and nothing even comes close to the OEM ones. Found at part out (for a v6 rs package with halos) local to me but was instantly disappointed when one of the headlights was water damaged.

Seen online some companies offer a halo ring to install / convert your base headlamp into RS trim headlights but (again) i have no idea if they’ll look OEM or if they’re any good.

This is a bit of a weird / nichey topic but if anyone can provide or point me into the right direction it would mean alot!

thanks all

There is a guy in the for sale section selling RS headlights for what appears to be a descent price.

Here is a link

I have the RS but dumped the crappy HID for LED direct Plug and Play, couldn't be happier. I've had good luck with fanless LED on my other cars that used halogen. Brighter, run cooler, and last longer. Just be aware that if your headlights are used as DRL you might get flickering. Had to disconnect auto headlights and DRL to make them work.

Where’d you get the plug n Play kit?

I bought some after market LEDs from here several years ago:

I have the non-RS ride, though.
