I ask for the email add so I can make a mailing list so not only will this thread be updated with events and what not but also bulletins can be emailed so everybody will get updated one way or the other. So just incase you dont catch updates in the thread you'll still be notified via email. If you do not wish to be added to the email list thats fine. But keep your eye out on this thread.

And also we can network with eachother for example if someone is selling something...save the contact list and then send out an email saying what you have and you get the idea.

I'll have three list setup. 1] for Events 2] Meets and 3] for NY C5 members.

If you know of any Events/Meets post it up and I'll add it to the list.

Same goes if your a member just post up the info I requested and I'll add you the the list/email list.

if anyone is interested there is a show this sunday at Meyer chevrolet its at 65-14 metropolitan ave corner of fresh pond road in middle village queens metropolitan ave gets closed for the show so there is plenty of parking if anyone is interested for more info check out the NY calendar of events at the WWW.specialinterest.com

I have the swift retractable plate mount and its fine. Yea I drilled holes but atleast its on the bottom and I can just tuck my plate under when I want. You may want to look into that.
