Put a towel around it to protect your hands and pull out hard. It takes a lot so dont be afraid to break it.

No, there are 4, 2 vertical and 2 horizontal. I am looking at the bowtie I took off right now.

I took off the radiator cover and the used a flathead screw driver to carefully pry the tabs off.

There are 4 tabs two horizontal underneath, and two vertical in the center.

The horizontal ones are bigger, and if you get them loose, thats about all you need, get a good grip behind both sides and pull slowly with constant force (not jerking) and it will come eventually. The middle ones are small and you dont need to squeeze them, they will just come once you pull on the outside.

Takes a little effort, and its harder than it seems, but itll come

take off the radiator cover under the hood, gives easier access to the 4 tabs,

Nothing is require for it to be taken off! It's really simple
1. Brace yourself
2. Grab bowtie firmly
3. Open a can of man and pull on the left side of the bowtie
4. Repeat step 3 to right side of bowtie.
And don't take it serious I'm just being sarcastic lol. It's really simple to remove

Me and the wife got mine off in less than 15 seconds. The best way I found was one pinches the right side tab thru the grille while pulling and the other does the same on the other side at the same time and it comes right out. If one side is pulled more than the other, the opposite side will lock back in, so you both have to be "in sync".

I just grabbed it and slowly but firmly pulled until it came off. You can also search google videos for videos of it if you wanna see it before you do it.
