I appreciate you checking. I just want to fix it right so it stays fixed & does not cause more damage later.

Did you get a chance to check on that automotive interior glue Rick?

I have had a crafty rainy weekend. I made 2 pillows yesterday. Today I made this.

Finally found it Jan. Seems I discovered I misplaced quite a lot of stuff, or I forgot where I put it.

I bought this stuff online at some tool place. Google "3M Industrial Plastic Adhesive 4475". It is in a 5 oz tube. Says it bonds most vinyls, leather, and cloth. Does a hell of a job on plastic!

Oh, and I finally found my Permatex gear oil RTV Gasket Maker. Been looking all over for that! It was next to the 3M stuff.

Wish I could find the Chevy 12 bolt differential cover gasket I bought. I now need it.

So what do you think of our new VNR?

I worked for a trucking company that had a B61 with the Triplex Transmission. I've been in trucking one way or another all of my life.

You're so old you're lucky you didn't die in a dinosaur snack incident!

I'm still a noob at 29 years, same company for 26 dragging dry box.

Remember when you could get on I-40 through AZ and NM and felt like you
were the only person in the world? Now it's constant traffic... even at 3am.

Now that I know more than I ever did, I'm dumber than I ever was.

The last Volvo I drove was in the 90's, it was SO soft! But went thru steer tires like candy.

From a drivers perspective, it needs a cup holder, that Volvo ride, and dependability that keeps you on the road, not in a shop. There are still a lot of drivers that put looks high on the list.

Owners perspective, that's where it gets tough... Give me a sleeper model and I'll write you weekly reports on how it's doing

Short list is weight, dependability, service and parts availability.

Here's a note for your structural engineers: Figure out how to make the visibility line of the A-pillars smaller, or change the mirrors to be less intrusive to forward visibility, or both. Between the two, you can hide a dually pickup from the drivers forward left view, the way they are now.

I'd rather have smaller A-pillars than a high roof..... but that's just me.
