A true Camaro VS Mustang hasn't even happened yet IMO

I think if there going to test Camaro vs Mustang they should fully load each with ALL dealer options including the exhaust and intake and whatever other upgrades the camaro gets and whatever mods the mustang can get from the dealer. Because when they tested Mustang GT vs Camaro SS the Camaro Won ! but when they put the track pack and whatever else they put on the GT the camaro lost.. Well in this test why didn't they put the dealer available mods on the camaro. this aggravates me ALOT as you can see and just wanted to voice my opinion.

The 2010 Track Pack is basically already installed on the base 2011 GT. The only factory-installed performance options you can get on the 2011 GT are the 3.73 Gears and Brembo Brake Package. However, there are no factory-installed performance options for the Camaro SS.

You want the dealer available mods on the camaro so it can be heavier for the test? visual mods aren't going to change anything, think about what you are saying lol

they already raced the SS vs GT on the same day and all that jazz.

If you're going to compare factory only options..the Mustang will still win alot of races. If you're adding aftermarket mods then it isnt fair because it becomes a money war.

The simple fact is the Mustang has far more and better TRUE performance options to select from the factory than the Camaro.

A lower rear gear is the only option you can get on the Mustang GT over the Camaro SS which is why with the Brembo option/larger wheels and stickier tires performs better in the 1/4 mile.

Camaro SS comes with Brembo brakes, large wheels and sticky tires as standard equip. This is an option for the Mustang GT.

I think most of the Camaro enthusiast were hoping GM would offer different gear options for 2011 but it just did not happen. A 4.10 factory option would put it's gearing on par with the Mustang GT running a 3.73. That is the jist of it.
