11/30 - I hear nothing for 2 weeks and email him to get an update. He responds with: "They are going out today, my guys thought they were waiting on yours to arrive, we had dome confusion. I will send over the tracking number."

So I then emailed him saying I'll just take a refund rather than getting the runaround to which he responded with: "I already paid for the shipping 2 hours ago."

12/13 - Again I hear nothing for 2 weeks so I demanded a refund and got this response: "I will send over your refund of $325 today or tomorrow."

12/28 - Well it is clearly past "today or tomorrow" by yet another 2 weeks. I have emailed twice more since then and received no response!
Hey Big.. sorry to hear your deal isn't getting done. I am, by no means, defending Mike here but, I get the impression he's a principal with this company and his "guys" aren't taking care of things. I can only say that I got a nice set of calipers from him with only a couple miles on them.

I also get the impression that they may only have a couple of sets of brakes to rotate around. He sends out a set of calipers and then, has to wait till that person (me ATM) sends the V6 calipers back. Then he has to refurb them and install them on a customer's car and get the next set to send out. So, it may not be all his fault for the delays.

As far as answering the E-mails, who knows. Maybe he's on a vacation for the holidays. That's totally on him IMHO.

I'll let you guys know when I hear from him with my refund. I'm sending the calipers out today with tracking so I'll know when he gets them....

LS wheels are black, not LT. LT has 18s and 19s that differ from the LS rims.

Hold the presses, I got an email this afternoon!

Around 3:40pm I sent Mike an email that said: "Just checking in once again on the status of my $325 deposit refund."

and got a response an hour later which read: "I gave it to my accounting dept, I will check."

So we'll see.

I was cruisin through the web and just had to sign up and comment on this one..... from greenwood, IN, 15mi at most to the "shop" you guys are rattlin on about. WELLL... aparently word on the street is this guy is a crook and has taken THOUSANDS from ususpecting car owners. All of the shops I've talked to in town have heard of the guy (and apparently it's a tiny 5-10 person company....so blaming some random shop rats is a little shitty) Never talked to the guy, but sounds like he sweet talks 50% of the people he deals with to sucker in all the others. I actually cruised by there during business hours a few days back which is why I just had to post.... THERE ISN'T EVEN A SIGN on the building like they show on the website....and NO CARS in lot.....looks like it was a fake front for a company or something?? anyways, someone should find this guy and we can all punch him in the nuts....or the ******, which is what he apparently has lol
