my car was biult on 8/3 got vin was told is should be at dealer on 8/18 still no car the vin number is 2g1ft1ew6a9133642 i got my vin on 8/12

some body help me lol

Okay, read through the main post here-- http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22850

Then go to http//camarotracking.com and choose add order to tracking database at the top and enter in your information.

The following day, you can go back to the site to find your user name and see if your car has been loaded on a rail car. If it has shipped, it will give you the number of the rail car. Then you can call CSX or union pacific (the automated numbers are explained in the thread link I pasted above. The automated system will tell you the location of the train car which your camaro is on.

Then go here--http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36989 and keep us updated on your status.

however...you couldn't have posted in one of the TWO 8/3 threads floating at the top of the forum already! Now we're gonna end up with THREE threads for our little family to keep track of!

Mine had a production date of 8/10 was shipped 8/12
shows in transit but not here yet
How did it go? by way of Mexico.
Will call the dealer today

Salesman said he would notify me when it gets unloaded from the railcar in Oaks PA
He said they have to fill a transporter to certain areas before they leave
it's a policy most trucking companys have due to the cost of transportation
Could be the reason some wait longer than others

tpw 8/3. built 8/11. avalaible to ship 8/12. a camaro buit 2 days after mine has been delivered on the 18th. go figure

My dates are exactly the same as yours ordered at dealer 6/6 accepted 6/10 tpw 8/3 built 8/11 available to ship 8/12 shipped 8/18
whats you vin [last 5 digits --- mine is 34479]
still waiting but that is part of the enjoyment just like waiting for Christmas
when you were a kid
I live a considerable distance away from you
It is waiting at the railyard for a truck delvery when they get enough cars to complete a load to this area
