i put it EVERYWHERE!!! the stuff they sell you at best buy (dynamat) comes in a door kit of like 10 square feet. then you could opt to get 20 square feet and maybe do your trunk too... or you could be me...
and put 108 square feet throughout the entire car!!! LOL!!! i added 75lbs of weight to my ride but it rides like a BMW 7-series now. not a rattle or vibration anywhere. the theory behind vibration reduction is adding mass to the parts that vibrate, thus reducing the vibration because of the added weight. get it from amazon. i got the 36 square ft. packs of the stuff for $139 shipped. |

DynaPad is used primarily on the floor. Contains: 32 in. x 54 in. long roll 3/8 inch thick four-part composite with 1lb per square foot barrier material (12 square feet total) |

Trunk kits are not specific to any vehicle so these trunk kits usually are not enought to get a good coverage. they will do k but not get you enough. for a full coverage job on your camaro I would plan on using about 1 roll of the dyna pad for the floor and you will also need about 24 - 30 sq ft of standard damping material (like dynamat extreme)

If you're tight on money and want to do this anyway... try carpet padding ~($30). The stuff that goes under... household carpet. Helps a tiny bit.
