Thinking about selling for GT500

The sickness has hit me yet again, I buy cars to have them for 3 months then sell them. I'm now bored with the Camaro, and although it is amazingly great. I lost the urge to put more money into it. Dont feel like spending 7k on a blower. But before I go through with this I want some opinions. Im looking at a few 08-09 GT500's. Even though they are a couple years old. Something about them always makes me fall in love. What should I do???
Pros-
I get a new (but used) car.
GT500 is easier to make power, and cheaper

Cons-
Sell my 2010 Camaro to get an older car.
Wont have this great suspension anymore

When I saw this thread I was ready to badmouth ya for it. But now I guess I really can't I mean its your car and its your money if you want to sell a car as beautiful as the camaro for a mustang. Thats your choice. I really think its a bad idea though. But if you REALLY want to. than more power to ya.

This car easily wins in show stopper appeal. Thats what giving me a hard time. But the sound and power of Shelbys are sweet. But My car certainly isn't lacking in either category ...

Very poor attitude.

To the OP - I went through the same thing. When I started adding up the cost of making my Camaro into what I wanted it to be, it was going to cost ~$6.5K. Looking at the new 5.0 it was going to cost me half or less.

Needless to say I made the move and I have 0 regrets and could not be happier.

The older GT500's are great cars, are built to last with beefed up drivetrain from the factory and very easy/cheap to get an extra 100HP out of.

I would recommend looking at JLT for upgrades: http://www.jlttruecoldair.com/

The OP asked for opinions. Last I checked, opinions can't be wrong.

I say don't do it, but then again, I don't like ford...

The money you will lose on the trade in alone would be enough to beef up the Camaro well past stock GT500 numbers. But hey, your the one stroking the check not I.
