Rumblbe has went under the knife at T & T Performance. When he comes out he will have a new ERL 454 along with a few other goodies.

The worst part is I find myself still looking out the window multiple times a day to see if anyone has messed with my car only to find its not sitting there. I can't wait for the fun when it is back in the parking spot!

Out of curiosity, what's the starting price for an overhaul like that? I've seen some decently priced engine setups for sale on here, but know for certain I'd never get the sucker in myself and am not quite sure what the shop route would cost.

Is the reasoning for the swap a better foundation to build on?

I am trying to stay NA and wanted more power. My ls3 was maxed out and to stroke it I would have been pulling the motor so going bigger made sense. After this I hope I don't have to build anymore. OK....outside of bushings and cosmetics that is.

Here are the first teaser pics of my new motor. The head gaskets might be there today so Tim can finish assembling the motor. The rest of the parts are there ready to be installed. Outside of the motor I had the transmission refreshed. It will be getting 2" headers and 3" exhaust, ZL1 injectors and fuel pump, ADM race scoop, DSS Axles, Stainless Brake Lines, Rotors, Pads, and Powder Coated Wheels.

Kooks 3" exhaust with off-road connection pipes that will bolt to 2" Kooks headers and DSS 1400 HP Axles going in!
