I ordered some all season tires for the thing today... Hope to have them here when the car gets here.

I had a chance to stop at the dealer yesterday and look at the event history screen. What a jumble of updates since it was built. It appeared to me that lots of stuff entered but not necessarily in order. I also suspect that the 3rd party responsible for status updates is a bit behind. Long story short, the car is someplace between Toledo Ohio and Cottage Grove Minnesota (where it should be unloaded from the train waiting a hauler for SW Minnesota)... or it's in Cottage Grove, Or beyond... It is really hard to make sense out of that screen.

Your up in Miinesota. Will the new Camaro be your DD?
Your getting all weather tires, wouldn't you be better off getting snow tires? If its your DD?

The car will mostly be stored in winter. But in case I have problems with my dd vehicle, I want the option to drive it. I've always gotten by with all season radials, even in the winter. I have them on my DD vehicle now.. Minnesota roads are not that bad. And if they are, it gives me an excuse to stay home. 99% of the time, the roads are dry. (now that I've said that, tonight when I go in for duty, I'll slide in the ditch...)

anyway, long story short, for the amount of time this car will be driven in the snow (hardly ever if ever), it just doesn't pay to have to swap winter/summer tires or purchase yet another set of rims. I'm not going to track the car, sometimes the temp is too COLD for summer tires, and I'm a safe and sane driver. Just give me a set of tires and let me drive it when I want.

As excited as I am to finally get this car delivered, it's not like it will get used for a bit... blowing snow and falling temps has created a layer of glare ice. A pic from out in the prairie of SW Minnesota yesterday. -13F this morning! (no I stopped the car to take the photo. There was no one else out there anyway!)

Congrats looks great, also looks like the roads are a bit more drivable!!

I'm still waiting, thought it would be here by now. Been "in transit" for a month. Any chance dealers are holding deliveries if they already have something similar in stock?
