If 3.25 is the included pulley size, I'm running that setup

I have 3.47 pulley with my unrestricted blower. How many pounds of boost were you seeing with your 3.25?

I believe 3.47 comes with LS3 kits and 3.70 comes with L99 kits. But I could be wrong. I have a 3.60 black and a 3.70 polished.
Guess which one I'm going to use lol.

I know I have the 3.47. Just wanted to see if going down to the smaller size will benefit me

I thought ECS came 7.8 lower with 3.33 upper with a restrictor?
I ran a 7.8 lower with 3.47 upper unrestricted for 12psi.

Chris at ECS told me that people often request a different upper than what's standard in the kits. I'm going 3.60 to leave room for a second round of mods to support more boost.

What’s usually the max boost the 1500 can produce... 16/17?

All depends on the rest of the setup. Stock cam, stock heads, stock exhaust manifolds will create more pressure, but will make less power than a motor with good flowing heads, cam, intake and headers that runs less boost.

Try to compare blower impeller speeds instead of boost pressure.

Yes boost pressure is nothing more than excess air. The more air the engine can move the less amount of boost will be seen.

I guess I’m just trying to max out my blower.

What's your plan for power and safety of the engine? I hope its more than just "max out my blower".
