Anyone who saw the pics should be able to go into their temporary internet files and find the pictures on their computer, even if they didn't save them. Even if they can't be posted again you would at least have them and be able to save them and send them to others if you really wanted.

I could be wrong of course, but I saw these pics and fbod's post about them...It was so head on to the concept it took me a few glances to realize it was a prepro...basically, take the pictures of the silver 'production' camaro we've all seen on the gm website and add the concecpt exhaust minus the reverse lights. it looked pretty good IMO...as for the quote about it being a fiberglass model, i'm pretty sure he meant this is one of the cars that was designed just to screw around with...appearance wise. To my knowledge i don't think this car could even go more than about 10mph? buttttttt the idea of the concept exhaust just makes me...

I believe that the technical term for them is wha-chama-doodads. Their purpose is to get people to ask what they are for. They work very well

if you go to chevy.com and click on the upcoming vehicles and go to camaro. there is a picture that is one of the main pics and there is a silver ss. it shows it from the rear and you can see the revers lights,ss badge, and the exhaust is the same. heres the link. just watch the pictures change you will see the pic fomr the rear. http://www.chevrolet.com/camaro/

I would guess that although the silver car on Chevy's website has an SS badge on the rear it may not actually be an SS. During the GM web chat we found out the SS will have larger exhaust tips.

Doug Houlihan:
"There will not be a flapper valve in the exhaust system like the Corvette. However, we have spent a tremendous amount of time to ensure the exhaust note on the V6 and V8 is outstanding. The exhaust tips will be routed “through the fascia” with a 96mm diameter on the V8 and a 75mm for the V6."

I don't know about you but I can't tell the difference between 75mm and 96mm from that distance. It's only .8" and I'd only be able to tell they weren't the same if you literally put them side by side.

One thing I did notice was that the finish on the wheels looks slightly different on the RS (front shot) and the SS (rear shot) on the website. SS wheels look polished while the RS wheels look to have a duller finish to them.

I can see what you mean about the wheels. The rear shot wheels do look glossier than the front shot.

I wish that in this second picture, that the wheels were turned the other diredtion that way the corner of the front bumper was visible. If that were the case, then we would be able to tell if the SS badge on the back is a bluff or not.

And this may be kind of a dumb question, but is there a spoiler one the car in the second pic or not? The angle of the car, and the lighting make it seem like there isn't one there... can someone help me out? Maybe I just need glasses
