Your Dealer
I took a quote from online parts warehouse, took it to my local dealer. They matched it, no shipping charge, called me and I picked up a day later. |

I like dealing with Patrick at
www.cultragfactoryparts.com Their site is quick and easy to navigate I can usually get OEM parts at half the cost that local dealers charge. AND That's even after adding up the Canadian dollar exchange rate, shipping ,brokerage fees and taxes. What sold me was recieving a part that had "Made in Canada" embossed on it and after adding all of the costs to get it; it was half the cost that a local dealer charges. What gives? Talk about gouging dealers! One last point to make. Patrickt is handle one this site; been a member for quite a while, and very likely a Camaro nut like most of us here. He's found me some very hard to locate parts; and he's a very good partsman. So why not send him your business if your costs aren't any higher. Just mt two cents worth. |

I've ordered a few thing from Patrick at GMpartshouse as he usually has the cheapest cost to the door. My new favorite is Ebay. A lot of dealers now use Ebay for their parts departments and if I know the part number I can get the part from a dealer on ebay cheaper then I can anywhere else. |

At one time maybe, those guys have been MIA for quite a while. And apparently have pissed off a lot of people on the Corvette forums.

GM's pricing used to be that jobber(the price dealers paid) was 50% of retail and wholesale was 75% of retail. GMpartsdirect.com(Flow Chevrolet) priced their parts at jobber and made their profit by marking up their shipping/handling. I don't know if this all holds true now, but I think it's still pretty close. Most dealers will give you wholesale, if you ask for it, but they won't match GMpartsdirect's prices, unless you add GMpartsdirect's shipping/handling. GMPartsHouse.com(http://www.cultragfactoryparts.com/) will match GMpartsdirect's prices to your door and I'm sure many others will also.
