DUMB QUESTION TIME: I too live in Cali but don't really care too much about smog yet. 2011 2SS LS3 w/ CAI cold air intake, thorley shorties, flowmaster american thunder cat back. Looking for the best cam that is nice an lopey without being ridculously loud (its loud enough now) I am a cam newbie and would like to not lose too much HP at either the low or hi end. Do the shorties hurt me? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, do I need a tune as well? Sorry if I seem like a moron....cams baffle me abit

It depends on the size of the video, but youtube can be pretty slow. So, I'd say it's normal.
