Vararam NO-TUNE CAI with Diablo Tune?

Anybody out there happen to be using the Vararam NO-TUNE CAI with the Diablo Tune installed? If so, had any issues? Did you basically install the CAI, drive the car for ~100 miles then perform new data logs to adjust the injector slope? I may be going this route soon (I hope) and was curious to see if anyone had this combination out there. Thanks for your input.

I am running this set-up. I haven't adjusted the slopes yet but I have logged the car/LTFTs and I am ready to re-claibrate the tune. I've just been moving and busy lately so I don't know when I'll get a chnace to do this. Actually, I am taking tomorrow off so maybe I'll find some time in the morning before I leave town.

How has your experience been with this product? I was all gung-ho about it until I started reading about the surging/bucking issues. Driveability is important to me. Bucking and surging would drive me crazy and it is difficult to get a straight, down-to-earth opinion from somebody on this. Now I'm leaning towards Cold Air Inductions' CAI because the MAF is in the same location as the stock box so it won't freak out the computer. Something keeps drawing me back to this unit though. I just don't know. Hopefully you can give me some honest, straight-forward information good and bad about this product.

Hey, thanks for replying with your experiences. I thought this was going to be another 1 post, dead threads, y'know?

Any updates on this? I just bought a Predator and already have a Vararam "no-tune" intake and muffler delete. I amy trying to get rid of the bucking/surging and gain some HP. I haven't installed a tune yet, but will this week. Anybody else out there with experience on this?

So does the Vararam No Tune intake cause bucking and surging without a tune? Does it trigger codes?

Thanks for clarifying 2SSRS, a Vararam intake will probably be my next enhancement.
