new mgw short throw
I did a lot of reading of posts on here about shifters as I am having a hard time nailing 3rd on power shift in my Hennessey 600. My consensus was the mgw was best with Barton right there. I don't know about the TWM plus extra 150$ for one. So I ordered the MGW I hope it will fix the 2-3 shift as stock shifter blows. so I hope I made the right choice I'm sure any of them would help but was not sure about Barton fixing that shift?

I love my MGW. Almost impossible to miss a gear. I've had the Barton too and wasn't to impressed.

I had a MGW installed on my last Camaro, a 2010 SS, and loved it. I have the factory "short short throw shifter" on my '14 SS, and it is nice, but I like the MGW better.

The MGW shifter is about one of the best things in this world, no joke. I recommend everyone to install one and hour before they even buy their car. It makes worlds of differences and makes shifting so enjoyable. I feel like im cocking a 50 cak every time I shift.

I have a MGW and I love it! If your problem is the shifter, the MGW will fix it. But if it's in the transmission.......

Got the new shifter installed on Sunday it only took 4 hours total time from pull up to garage and after clean up. The clips suck to take off of linkage arms though. I love it so far!

I have a TWM full shifter and its great but I have nothing to compare it to. If someone wants to send me a MGW to try ill do it and do a comparison lol. Ill even send it back to them. The MGW has something to center it for easier 3 4 shifts. I have a 12 and it centers just fine.

Replaced a Hurst plus 2 with a MGW and no more missed gears when power shifting, the MGW is smooth and positive shifting, best change I could have done.

Hmmm. Interesting. I think the stock shifter is awesome in my car and I've never missed a shift with it and it feels silky smooth. What exactly does the aftermarket one do to improve shifting? And what exactly do you notice differently?

shorter shift smoother shift. the stock shifter is garbage compared to it. but mine and everyone else that i've heard mention it changed theirs because they hated the the stock shifter to begin with.
