It's approximately 45 min's from Pearson airport to where the hotel is. There's several airport shuttle co's around - not sure how to arrange that. Cab will be $$$. Maybe you can get a pick-up from one of the convoys.

The hotel is large so we certainly won't be filling it up on our own. Regardless, I strongly urge everyone to book this week.

As for the "special" parking - yes we have our "Camaro5 & friends parking only". It is the large square section of the parking lot at the far left of the picture below (where bus is). As far as security, it all depends on how many donations we get. I'd imagine that it would not be more than a couple hundred to have overnight security for the Thursday and Friday night.

Oshawa has its own Airport and Porter Airlines flys into The Island Airport in downtown Toronto. Porter has flights from New York City and i believe somewhere in NJ. I can find out the local airline if you are interested.
