Tire sizes: legally allowed chart?

Hi all,

Just wondering... When I bought my SLP ZL585 it had 255/40 R20 F and 295/35 R20 back. These tires were also approved bu the German TUV.

Now I'm trying to register my car officially here in Luxemburg and am looking for a proof that the 305/35 R20s I have on now, are within the factory limits.

Anyone an idea where I could find a chart or table that shows the sizes allowed on the Camaro? (2011 model year btw)

The 2012-up ZL1 has 305 rear tires stock on 11" wide wheels.

Though I don't think that the ZL1 is officially imported to the EU.

No, hence why I've been looking to find some "certificate" to get the 305s approved...

I don't know how "official" the chart needs to be, but Nine Ball has a sticky in this section entitled "Recommended tire sizes" that includes 305/35 R20 tires.

Can't believe the government there controls the tire sizes you can put on your car.

Oh yeah , you better believe it
They check everything every year , at the time for the ( tags ) brakes , tire specks and conditions , every little light on the exterior has to be in good working condition , horn , smog , exhaust decibels , and the list keeps on getting longer

About lighting, what bugs me: side markers are illegal in most countries... So for the technical control you need to disable them, effectively lowering the safety of your car... (like on the Suburban, the rear facing lights are almost invisible from the side ,so taking out the side markers actually lowers the visibility of the car). Then on the other hand, cars like the Jaguar XF and BMW 5 series can have the LED side marker thingies, because they have it on the European Certificate of Conformity...

DRLs can't be orange, so they need to be disabled too, or changed into white ones... which is quite hard if they are used as indicators also...
